About the Role
As a CBRE Marketing Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing initiatives from planning to execution. You will partner directly with marketing and business leadership to build and implement coordinated marketing programs targeting priority audiences globally. You will measure campaign efficiency, manage content creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results that align with company branding and objectives.
This job is part of the Global Workplace Solutions Marketing job function. GWS marketing is responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You’ll Do
Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
Complete various marketing functions, including campaign planning, channel management, collateral development, and content creation.
Review and edit content, evaluate creative materials, and ensure branding aligns with company standards.
Build and customize content and product materials for targeted industries and geographies.
Prepare marketing reports for senior management.
Contribute to various operational, project management, and team activities by implementing effective strategies and processes that improve team performance and customer happiness.
Measure the efficiency of current marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and research findings.
Define target audiences and establish methods for data collection.
Lead all aspects of projects from beginning to end, including developing project timelines, soliciting feedback, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and delivering quality results on time.
Coordinate inbound lead processes, including qualification, tracking, and routing to sales.
Partner with third-party vendors and maintain a database of preferred resources.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE’s RISE values.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mentality.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
Outstanding math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Marketing Associate position is $43.27 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sr. Marketing Associate position is $52.88 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
