Oracle Health is seeking a highly motivated manager to lead a team responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our mission-critical systems. a strong background in Oracle Health Millennium (formerly Cerner Millennium) to join our federal Edge & Analytics team. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a team of talented consultants and consulting software developers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. You will own the development and execution of strategies to achieve operational excellence, define and monitor key performance metrics, Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices. As a key leader, you will oversee work efforts and requests, working with stakeholders to effectively schedule and plan development efforts.
Your team will consist of a diverse group of creative thinkers who leverage their broad experience with Millennium products and database architecture to create solutions through Cerner Coding Language (CCL) to address customer technical and business problems. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our healthcare technology initiatives to improve the lives of active-duty service members and veterans.
Responsibilities
Build, mentor, and manage a team of consultants and consulting software developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Leads a specialized area with diverse functional elements.
Define and manage team goals, priorities, and performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives.
Partner with recruiting teams to attract and hire top-tier talent.
Partner with resourcing managers to staff projects.
Drive initiatives to improve quality, define team processes, and manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor processes, resolve incidents, and lead post-incident reviews to implement corrective actions.
Develop and enforce best practices for incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Establish and maintain processes, playbooks, and other documentation to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and thorough understanding of product development lifecycle processes.
Broad knowledge working with multiple Oracle Health (Millennium) products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to receive a favorable security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Cerner Command Language (CCL), Oracle SQL, or MPages
Familiarity with an agile software development lifecycle process
Experience implementing an Oracle Cerner product for multiple customers.
Experience working with JIRA, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, and Confluence.
Experience working with federal government customers.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
