Job Description:
Responsibilities include the following:
Develop and establish system specifications.
Develop software using agile principles including short mean times between releases.
Develop software using best practices to establish and maintain compatibility with current legacy judicial systems, as well as sustainability as new technologies appear in the marketplace.
Develop and maintain system architecture documentation including design documents, physical and logical diagrams.
Perform configuration, release procedures, testing protocols and de-bugging, installation, and other system administration functions as necessary in support of development.
Develop test plans and perform software application testing to include functional, performance, and security testing to ensure quality software.
Develop, coordinate, update and maintain all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to include IT security standards.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools and MS SharePoint.
Serves as subject matter expert for both customer and internal discussions related to developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing software applications.
Experience in development, configuration, migration, administration, and management of MS O365, MS SharePoint, and MS Power apps-based applications.
Experience with SharePoint Online.
Working experience with Design Manager, Content Management System.
Experience with current SharePoint design/customization with a focus on the design, development, SPFx, Master Pages, Page Layouts, Theme Generator Tool, and delivery of SharePoint out-of-the-box solutions.
Experience with SharePoint designer, creating pages and using web parts, including data, content, supporting services, and applicable registries.
Implement, operate, and maintain a web-based Knowledge Management document library and database.
Conduct activities in accordance with standard knowledge management processes.
Design and implement reporting/Business Intelligence (BI) functionality.
Maintain comprehensive procedures and supporting documentation to manage applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving experience
Excellent written and verbal communication experience, with an aptitude towards executive as well as team level communication; experience dealing directly and diplomatically with senior government staff.
Experience working in JIRA, Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) software development methodologies.
Proficiency with technical writing, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Desired Skills:
- Should have experience with the Microsoft Power suite of tools (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), as well as SharePoint Online.

Technical Acumen – strong understanding of software development concepts, procedures, and technologies utilizing the Agile Methodology.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Technology or related field with 10+ years of experience (or a master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Technology or related field and 8+ years of experience).
The likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
