Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Years of Experience :

7 year(s) of client facing, consulting experience or a blend of consulting and industry.

Certification(s) Preferred :

Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider

Knowledge Preferred:

As a Senior Manager, you have a deep understanding of one or both of the following areas:

  • Cloud platforms and the technologies that make them work. (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

  • IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models. (ITIL, ServiceNow)

You have a passion for discussing how effective these technologies can be in helping businesses become more efficient and resilient. You are skilled in applying these strategies in transformative projects. You stay on top of new trends and vendors and are always looking to grow your skills. You consistently connect what's happening in your industry with developments in emerging technologies.

  • Cloud Platforms (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, GCP);

  • Cloud Strategy, Design, Architecture and Migration;

  • DevOps, Automation CI/CI;

  • AI, Machine Learning, IoT;

  • ServiceNow, Remedy (Helix);


  • Service Catalogue, CMDB; and,

  • Incident, Problem and Change Management.
