TMC Technologies of WV Corp Senior Release Train Engineer in Washington, District Of Columbia
Job Description
TMC Technologies is looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer to join our team providing information technology (IT) support services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Information Technology Applications and Data Division (ITADD), Enterprise Data Analysis Section (EDAS).
This position can be performed from either the Redstone Arsenal facilities in Huntsville, AL or customer locations in Chantilly, VA / Washington, D.C. Work is expected to start on September 30, 2024.
Tasking includes:
Guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles.
Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanban and other information radiators.
Facilitates Program Increment (PI) planning readiness by fostering the preparation of vision and backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings.
Facilitates the PI planning event.
Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
Assists with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary.
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
Helps manage risks and dependencies.
Escalates and track impediments.
Improves the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
Facilitates system demos and solution demos.
Drives relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and helps them improve.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)
