Senior Administrative Aircrew Systems Analyst (Assistant Requirements Officer)

Do you want to ensure your Navy and Marine Corps warfighter is successful and supported in the battlespace of tomorrow? Then join KBR as a Senior Administrative Aircrew Systems Analyst (Assistant Requirements Officer) to support the requirements and resourcing for the Navy and Marine Corps fleet. You will be supporting the Chief of Naval Operations Staff (OPNAV), Logistics & Readiness Branch (N980L) through two major activities:

  • Provides Security Coordination.

  • Maintain and analyze established office security planning in order to safeguard classified and sensitive materials and other documentation.

  • Receive, log, and track classified documents up to the SECRET level.

  • Prepares classified documents for disposal.

  • Complies with government regulations regarding classified material and act as a subject matter expert on applicable instructions and directives.

  • Prepare, screen, and receives collateral visit requests through Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS).

  • Provides Integrated Logistics Support.

  • Assist and provides policy, guidance, and oversight of the Fixed Induction Date (FID) and Integrated Maintenance Review.

  • Board (IMRB) processes in coordination with OPNAV Resource Sponsor, Program Offices, Fleet Support Teams (FST),

  • Receive, review, and process FID adjustment requests IMRB packages.

  • Prepare and submits FID request responses to TYCOMs via naval message.

  • Assists aircraft Inventory Manager in the preparation, update, and completion of aircraft inventory reports and budget documents deliverables.

  • Extract data from Decision Knowledge Programming for Logistics Analysis and Technical Evaluation (DECKPLATE).

  • Aircraft Inventory and Readiness Reporting System (AIRRS), and PBIS databases.

  • Prepare responses to FOIA requests for review and release by government personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field. In lieu of formal education, 13 years of experience.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience participating in specific business services and OPNAV internal business operations.

  • Proficient knowledge of OPNAV security regulations.

  • Expert knowledge of OPNAV and Secretariat business functions, operations, facilities management, physical security, Defense Travel System (DTS), training, and office automation/communications requirements support.

  • Demonstrated expertise with software and systems:

· Microsoft Word

· Microsoft Windows

· Microsoft Excel

· Microsoft PowerPoint

· Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)

· Naval Defense – Naval Message – System; Automated Message Handling System

  • Must have an active SECRET level clearance.

  • Knowledge and understanding of a variety of Navy/Marine Corps business systems.
