We are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to join our team with a Randstad client in Washington, DC. This role will lead the implementation, optimization, and management of Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, segment, and activate customer data, driving personalized engagement strategies. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and its ecosystem, extensive experience with data-driven initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and achieve business objectives.

responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and segment customer data effectively.

• Design and execute data ingestion processes to integrate customer data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define customer data requirements, use cases, and business outcomes.

• Build and maintain customer segments and data profiles to support personalized, targeted engagement across channels.

• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud features to enhance the customer journey and recommend strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

• Establish data governance processes and ensure adherence to data quality standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Analyze and interpret data to create insights, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data integration, segmentation, and activation.

• Develop and execute email campaigns to support data-driven segmentation strategies.

• Mentor junior team members and share best practices for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.

• Required Qualifications

• Salesforce.com Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Required).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• 9+ years of experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, or similar solutions.

• Expertise in data management, ETL processes, data modeling, and segmentation.

• strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards, including GDPR and CCPA.

• Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows and data integration.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization/Evergage/Interaction Studio.

• Knowledge of SAFe/Agile development methodologies.
