The safety and security supervisor will supervise personnel involved in establishing, promoting and maintaining Sibley Memorial Hospital security and property protection programs by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Full time Evening/Night Rotating shift
2pm - 10:30pmand10pm - 6:30amwith weekends as needed
Minimum Requirements:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year experience in the field of law enforcement and/or security management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must satisfy the requirements to obtain a District of Columbia Special Police Officers Commission.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment.
Must possess a valid driver's permit.
Must be certified in CPR or obtain certification within 30 days of employment and maintain active CPR certification throughout employment at Sibley Hospital.
