Insight Global Property Administrator in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Property Administrator at one of their commercial properties in NW Washington DC. This position will be fully onsite, Monday-Friday from 8:30AM - 5PM. It is in support of a 360,000 square foot building with ample event space - due to the amount of amenity space, this building often hosts several events throughout the year. Part of this role will be working with vendors, tenants and building maintenance to ensure that events are set up properly without issue. Additional responsibilities include assisting in lease administration, preparing service contracts, coding invoices, monitoring work order systems and general support of the property management team onsite.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and take direction from multiple stakeholders

  • Strong computer skills; specifically MS Office suite

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent null
