Job Summary

TestPros is looking to fill a remote Program Manager for a federal contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all orders awarded, staffing, and overall operation of the program as well as have a solid background in TSA testing. They will also be responsible for creating Progress Reports that detail the technical progress of work activities, future scheduled project and BPA activities, and any associated logistics efforts being managed under the BPA Orders.

Position: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

Location: Remote/Occasional travel to Washington DC

Clearance: Secret (eligible)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide day-to-day assignments of personnel to functions in this BPA.

  • Manage workload, due dates, PWS requirements, and interface with Government stakeholders.

  • Report on the technical progress of the BPA and Orders in Progress Reports.

  • Manage all Orders.

  • Develop a Planning of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) for each Order.

  • Schedule and conduct a monthly in-person/remote BPA Status Review with the Government COR or TM.

  • Provide resource management.

  • Coordinate scheduling, executing, and reporting on BPA activities.

  • Manage Budget.

    Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Masters of Applied Science Degree

  • 12+ years of experience in Program Management.

  • 10+ years of experience managing a federal program of similar size/complexity.

  • 5+ years of experience in TSE testing & Acceptance Testing process knowledge.

  • Experience creating Progress Reports and managing project workload.

  • Demonstrated experience drafting Program Management Plans.

  • Experience interacting with stakeholders and clients.

  • Expertise in project budget management.

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Active Secret clearance.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
