Meta Product Manager - Security, Integrity & Investigations in Washington, District Of Columbia
Summary:
The Technical Programs team in Meta's Security, Integrity, and Investigations organization is looking for an experienced Product Manager to develop internal product strategy for critical systems that enable our mission to ensure protection of user privacy and safety. The role will balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, and support the company’s product vision amid a changing regulatory landscape. This position requires the ability to: build in-depth understanding of core infrastructure that supports legal compliance across a diverse set of focuses, develop plans with engineering & cross-functional partners, and drive execution through influence or direct intervention. Your work will be accomplished by working closely with legal subject matter experts, engineering teams, third party vendors, teammates, cross-functional internal partners, and external organizations. This is a full-time position.

Own the new product vision for critical systems that enable our organization’s mission to ensure protection of user privacy and safety.
Evaluating, defining, and leading major technology projects in a critical safety environment that mitigates high severity harm.
Identification of significant opportunities and impacts, including updates to products across the family of applications.
Build consensus on roadmaps and success metrics by managing tough prioritization decisions while maintain a long-term strategy.
Build trust with stakeholders by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap and by knowing the customer.
Collaborate across teams and peers of all levels by operating as the critical person in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.
Measure success by defining criteria and metrics at the inception of a product and tracking throughout its lifecycle.
Display leadership, organizational and execution skills in engagements across the entire organization.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where processes are fluid and identification of solutions is the norm.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
8+ years of demonstrated work experience in product or program management.
Experience taking the initiative across a broad problem space, demonstrating critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Rigorous, analytical & strategic approach to problem solving.
Experience leading complex cross-functional teams.
Experience weighing business requirements and priorities to produce product roadmaps, engineering estimates, and project plans.
Preferred Qualifications:

BS/MS in a technology related area of study.
Experience in Trust & Safety, Privacy, Legal, or Security related fields.
Demonstrated working experience at the intersection of Tech, Legal, Compliance, and Government matters.
Experience leading enterprise-wide engagements.
Experience working with complex operational and/or legal teams and systems.
Experience managing and de-conflicting executive priorities in a high-demand environment with fast deadlines.
Experience to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government NDA.
Public Compensation:
$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
