**[Duties:[ Draw on experience with fundraising, development and/or relationship management, project management, and Salesforce or other relevant databases, as well as understanding of the landscape of global development, microfinance, and economic development, to execute all aspects of the mid-range ($1,000-$9,999) donor portfolio and the communication calendar for portfolio donors. Lead the implementation of donor cultivation and stewardship activities, including writing and coordinating solicitation materials and coordinating related volunteer activities. Maintain donor records in Salesforce and offline, and lead the implementation of limited direct-mail and online planned giving strategies. Act as the initial point of contact for all donors, and manage a range of donor communications for mid-tier donors. Develop and execute cultivation and stewardship activities for all mid-tier donors. Manage the mid-tier donor group by tracking revenue and projections/opportunities in Salesforce; cultivating, renewing, upgrading, and stewarding a portfolio of approximately 600 mid-range donors and prospects (individuals, foundations, small companies), exceeding $750,000 in annual revenue; and planning and executing annual mid-level, multi-channel fundraising strategies as part of the Individual Giving Teams fundraising plan. Oversee the portfolio and mid-tier communication calendar by leading in writing and preparing all mid-level mailings and managing the portfolio solicitation process to mid-range donors and prospects, in close collaboration with the Director of Development as well as marketing and communications. Assist in creating and identifying prospects for Giving Back with Grameen (Grameens corporate giving program), as well as pathways for cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation. Identify upcoming community events and other opportunities to build exposure for Grameen and work with the fundraising team to identify and coordinate volunteer activities. Manage relationships with vendors focused on individual giving including Global Impact, BBB, and others. Administer donor stewardship and special projects by supporting the development and implementation of Grameens Monthly Retaining Donor Program and utilizing systems for prospecting, research, and pipeline development. **[Requirements:[ Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Public Policy, Public Relations or a related field with a focus on global affairs, public policy, and development, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
