What You’ll Get to Do

CACI is looking for a Senior Software Developer with a background PeopleSoft Application Development to join our team supporting an important a Department of Justice agency in the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team responsible for buildering and maintaining enterprise software applications to meet business needs. The Senior Software Developer will be a member of an agile team, analyzing current business processes, configure and build software applications using PeopleSoft, and ensure the quality of the final solution. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communications skills.

More About the Role

The PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate with Business Analyst to understand client business needs and requirements.

  • Assist in design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.

  • Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.

  • Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.

  • Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.

  • Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.

  • Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.

  • Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience with PeopleSoft code base

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience with PeopleSoft technical architecture

  • Understanding of Oracle database structures

  • Active Top Secret clearance

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Certified SAFe Practioner

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Federal HRMS is a plus

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
