Description

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of effective strategies and tactics. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs and preferences, and develop buyer personas.

• Create and manage a variety of marketing materials, including content, graphics, and collateral, ensuring they are consistent with the brand's voice and messaging.

• Execute effective email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling subject lines, designing visually appealing templates, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with target audience and fosters meaningful interactions.

• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative and innovative mindset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.

• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
