Integrated Federal Solutions Management Analyst / Survey Design in Washington, District Of Columbia
Essential Skills:
Provides advice concerning strategic direction and applicability of proposed solutions.
Acts as a key member of organizations assessment and Business Process engagement across client portfolios.
Support the facilitation of workshops with client stakeholders to extract goals, priorities, and requirements.
Help develop the draft and final strategic plan.
Develop strategic communication products (marketing & branding products) in addition to a communications plan.
Responsible for the day to day execution of business process mapping and implementation strategy development.
Create and deliver reports and presentations with senior leaders, supervisors and staff.
Ability to produce strategic communication plans, define communications strategy, and support the development of communication’s and outreach plans.
Support business process improvement and other project workstreams as needed.
Conduct stakeholder analysis.
Experience with DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) and DMADV (define, measure, analyze, design, and verify).
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree.
4+ years strategic planning and change management
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required
