Our client, a mission driven membership organization in DC, is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager focusing on learning and development initiatives to join their team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the growth and progression of the team, all while supporting their mission-driven organization. Offering a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $100,000 and a hybrid schedule 2-3 days in office. Key requirements include 6+ years of human resources experience with an understanding of performance evaluations, labor relations, learning and development.

salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

• Coordinates training and development, skills assessment

• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

• Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures

• Monitors performance evaluation program

• Maintains employee handbook

• Develops and monitors career-paths

• Assists with producing relevant metrics and reports including demographics, turnover, exit interview, etc.

• Assists with various research projects and/or special projects

• Assists with compliance and applicable employment and labor regulations
