Job Description:

The HR Workforce Transformation Consultant plays a pivotal role at Intermountain Health, driving strategic workforce initiatives that enhance capabilities and efficiency through AI technologies, automation tools, and data. This role demands close collaboration with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative workforce solutions that support the organization's long-term objectives.

Job Specific Details:

• Status: Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

• Location: Fully remote (not available in HI, WA, RI, VT, and CA)

• Travel: 0 - 15% travel required domestically

Job Essentials:

  • Implement innovative automation solutions to streamline HR processes and boost operational efficiency.

  • Act as a key advisor to senior executives, offering insights on AI applications and leveraging generative AI and similar technologies to drive workforce transformative strategies.

  • Design and manage change initiatives to ensure successful technology adoption and methodological updates across the organization.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce transformation strategies with overarching business objectives.

  • Evaluate the impact of transformation efforts, ensuring they meet Intermountain’s strategic goals and adhere to industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Masters degree in Hospital Administration, Business, Analytics, or a Workforce Planning related field and two years of related experience. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

PhD in Hospital Administration, Business, Analytics, or a Workforce Planning related field

  • Eight years of related experience.- and -Knowledge of intervention methodologies, business operations, and macroeconomic factors of the healthcare industry.- and -Experience facilitating and leading groups through a workforce planning process.- and -Experience successfully planning and managing multiple complex projects at an enterprise level.

  • At least eight years of experience in roles emphasizing digital transformation and analytics with workforce impact.

  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects with measurable ROI.

  • Strong aptitude for learning and applying AI, machine learning, and other HR technologies

  • HR Technologies : Familiarity with HRIS platforms and supportive tools.

  • Problem-Solving : Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
