About the role:
To provide customer service actions and perform intake processing.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to the Program Support Center (PSC/ISBS) Intake Resource mailbox on a daily basis
Retrieve and review submitted security packages for on-board processing for all assigned personnel
Provide customer service and status to sponsors, security liaisons, applicants, and contractors concerning submission of security packages
Track security packages to ensure accurate processing
Update PSC/ISBS multiple security databases on a daily basis
Must be able to multiple task and adapt to a fast pace environment
Perform other basic customer service administrative functions
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience reviewing and processing on-boarding paperwork as well as accessing and updating security databases.
Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
