What You WIll Do:
Guidehouse’s Healthcare practice assists organizations and institutions throughout the continuum of care: providers, payers and life sciences companies. Clients turn to Guidehouse to achieve profitable growth, operate more efficiently, deploy capital effectively, and manage risk proactively. Our healthcare consulting and managed services team consists of professionals with extensive experience in the field, including HHS, hospital, health plan, physician group and healthcare finance program executives, MDs, pharmacists and many other clinical professionals. Guidehouse is committed to delivering successful and sustainable solutions to its healthcare client’s and role will be to originate and close net new logos and new projects with our clients.
Develop new revenue opportunities for Guidehouse's Healthcare Payer Provider Practice and Managed Services Group ideally with C-level executives within the healthcare industry (provider and payor)
Build relationships and engage in activity designed to generate qualified leads
Develop Account Plan strategies for our Tier 1 clients.
Support the Healthcare Practice Business Units and /or Managed Services group by driving pipeline accuracy and developing and supporting their go-to-market strategy around key solutions
Support national business development outreach initiatives, which will require the BDD to initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospective clients, prepare letters and email, and participate in preparation of sales collateral.
What You Will Need:
Significant Experience in the health care services field.
Graduate of an accredited four-year college or university
8- 10 yrs.experience selling professional services to healthcare clients demonstrated by strong growing network in healthcare payer/provider, year of year sales results selling in healthcare market, and clear articulation of market opportunity and related sales action plan.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to crisply and professionally articulate a value proposition.
Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive business development and marketing plan.
Experience and understanding of sales and marketing functions
Proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and the Internet
Ability to travel extensively.

The annual salary range for this position is $133,200.00-$199,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
