You Are:

The Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Security and Intelligence Directorate (S&ID) Chief, Government Security Compliance is responsible for oversight of relevant Accenture Federal Services (AFS) industrial Security compliance programs (Government Security Compliance) throughout the U.S. This role will manage and lead a key division within the Security & Intelligence Directorate (S&ID). Function as the Deputy, Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO), responsible for all compliance facets of an effective security program to include, but not limited to, maturing the FSO and CSSO government compliance, integrating with personnel security and other S&ID program partners, coordinating on physical and access control security, ensuring government and company policy interpretation and direction, and overseeing industrial security guidance and support to internal/external clients. Execute effective operations to safeguard classified and client information, and lead team members. Assist with the implement of highly effective security awareness programs that focuses on key tenets of our “Security First.” Provide guidance on new business proposals related to security segments.

The Work:

  • Advise the Industrial Operations/Corporate FSO and Chief Security Officer on resource support to government security compliance programs, and long-term roadmap for future development related to both the FSO and CSSO cadre

  • Manage and lead the personnel in a critical division within S&ID

  • Serve as the D/CFSO for a key organizational facility

  • Support S&ID through effective coordination and collaboration with corporate processes/procedures on basic security functions

  • Document security mission functions, capabilities, and challenges

  • Lead implementation of Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP) and Program Security Plans.

  • Manage security effectiveness and coordinate/collaborate with the S&ID to ensure proper protocol and security support

  • Maintain an audit ready program at all-times

  • Establish effective and capable on-site and after-hours response capabilities

Here's What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of management-level experience within the federal industrial security discipline

  • Excellent working knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117, Special Access Program Security Manual, ICDs (e.g. ICD 705), SEADs, NISS, SWFT, DISS, NBIS, e-APP, and ITAR

  • 10+ years of experience as an FSO

  • 10+ years of experience in Personnel Security, Facility Clearances, OPSEC, Standard Operating Procedures

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Managing a security team with an IC customer

  • Safeguarding experience

  • Managing annual DCSA assessments

  • Experience with Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTV)

  • Experience managing multiple CAGE codes

  • TS/SCI Government Security Clearance

Bonus Points If:

  • FSO program management certificate required or comparable USG experience/credentials

  • 5+ years using Security Information Management System (SIMS) security software

  • 5+ years of experience in SCIF construction

  • 1+ years as an Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO); completion of ITPSO curriculum

  • 1+ years as COMSEC Custodian

  • Experience as a Corporate Facility Security Officer

  • Special Security Officer or Contractor Special Security Officer training

  • Working knowledge of Information Systems Security principles

  • Working knowledge of ITAR

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

  • Intelligence Community experience and knowledge of related ICD

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$144,500—$296,100 USD
