Amentum Document Management Analyst II in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Duties:

  • Works in a fast pace administrative environment.

  • Follows established operating procedure in responding to citizen complaints via phone, email and or traditional mail

  • Directs correspondence to correct section and or government agency.

  • Updates data from citizen complaints.

  • Maintains complaint line statics such as number of calls and number issues based on Civil Rights mandates.

  • Verifies statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.

  • Compiles information on non-governmental agencies.

  • Conducts database searches.

  • May assist with general office administrative task and filing.

  • Chooses among widely varying methods and procedures to process transaction

  • Selects or devise steps necessary to complete projects/assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience on litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.

  • Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.

  • Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including Windows office products specifically Word and Excel, internet and server-based databases.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Hybrid work environment.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location
