Job Title: Clinical Dietitian II

Location: HSC Pediatric Center in Washington, DC

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Dietitian II to join our healthcare team. This role will provide nutrition care to our pediatric patients in need of transitional and rehab care. Work schedule is full time, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage.?

?Compensation: The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plans

• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease management

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient care

• Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition support, including tube feedings and intravenous nutrition therapy

• Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations

• Stay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the state

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
