About The Role:
Supports the Real Estate Manager or higher staff in leading all aspects of a large portfolio of industrial properties including marketing, operations, contracting, inspections and financial activities.
What You'll Do:
Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
Assist in performing periodic regular property inspections and recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as needed.
Review and recommend approvals to leadership for accurate payment of vendor invoices on behalf of the property owner in compliance with the management agreement, CBRE policies and Property Management approval authorization matrix.
Responsible for assignment of Purchase Orders per CBRE Policies and Property Management approval authorization matrix.
Assist with the preparation of accurate tenant billings.
Assist in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walks-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
Assist in preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports, including RFPs and contracts for assigned portfolio of properties.
May assist in producing research data on budget line items or entering budget data provided by manager into budget reports.
May gather and confirm preliminary data for accounts receivable aging reports, and assist in receivable collection efforts.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of one to two years of related property management experience and/or training.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Intermediate to sophisticated skills with Microsoft Office Suite

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Assistant Real Estate Manager position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $69,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
