Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant 3 in Washington, District of Columbia. The role will primarily involve high-level administrative support, including the handling of information requests, conducting research, and performing clerical functions.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and handle various information requests.
• Maintain and manage records systems.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial statements.
• Process, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
• Prepare and manage corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Draft and prepare invoices, reports, memos, and letters.
• Respond to routine inquiries through prepared correspondence.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks.
• Uphold confidentiality and organized management of information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service
• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Office Functions and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to conduct thorough Research
• Competence in Microsoft Word
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to handle Correspondence efficiently
• Experience in performing Clerical Duties
• Basic understanding of Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Willingness to Travel as required
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Conductivity principles
• Ability to Distribute Faxes in a timely manner
• Experience in drafting Contracts
• Strong Computer Skills
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Experience in Records Management
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry
• Ability to handle Basic Bookkeeping tasks
• Experience in preparing Invoices
