Our international law firm is looking for an AP Specialist to add to our team. This person should have experience processing a high volume of AP invoices and Expense reports each week. The position is 3 days in office in NW Washington DC and 2 days remote. Experience with Chrome River and Concur would be a huge plus! Willing to pay up to $75K for the right candidate.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Process high volume AP invoices and prepare vouchers

• Responses to AP questions from vendors

• Prepares check batches and ACH payments

• Reconcile statements

• Assist with year end audit

• Review employee expense reports for multiple offices

*To be considered, you must have experience with processing 700-1000 AP invoices per week and processing 300+ expense reports per week.
