DHL currently has an opening for a Retail Expansion and Infrastructure Project Manager . This position provides support in finding new DHL stores at strategic locations and assists local teams to ensure that new stores are ready for opening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with retail expansion team and real estate team to ensure that new store locations are ready for opening, including site inspection, permitting, lease and minor constructions

  • Collaborate with the retail area managers and expansion team to ensure proper layout, signage, and visual presentation of the store

  • Coordinate, order and execute the setup and installation of displays, fixtures, IT equipment’s, Security and signage according to provided guidelines and layouts

  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and cross functional team to coordinate the delivery and installation of fixtures, IT equipment’s, displays, and signage

  • Travel to various retail locations to perform setup activities, ensuring consistency in the execution of retail setups

  • Ensure all retail setups are completed accurately and in accordance with company standards and branding guidelines

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that all setup elements are in good condition, functional, and meet safety requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of setup activities and move in records including photographs, video, checklists, and reports

  • Communicate any issues, delays, or challenges encountered during the setup process

  • Organize a grand opening and marketing events to bring more foot traffic to the store and create local partnership

  • Collaborate with vendors & landlords to conduct preventative maintenance and support ongoing infrastructure needs

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required with 5-8 years of related experience

  • Or MS/MA and 1-3 years of related experience

  • Willingness and ability to travel to various Retail locations across the US

  • Excellent Project Management skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong problem solving capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-collaboratively
