Position Summary

  • This position supports the Federal Employees Health Benefit (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits(PSHB) programs.

  • Primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with all government policies and requirements, monitoring and completing U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) reporting requirements and other deliverables, andassisting with various vendor and client contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate FEHB/PSHB program guidelines and regulations

  • Assist with completing OPM reporting requirements and deliverables accurately and on time

  • Work with account team and legal to update and maintain client and vendor contracts/agreements

  • Support for OPM Office of Inspector General claims audits other inquiries

  • Assist with annual rate and benefit proposals and OPM brochures

  • Work internally as well as with OPM and Union/Association clients as needed to gather information and complete deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of healthcare insurance experience.

  • Knowledge or experience with government health programs and/or contracts

  • Have or obtain state Health Insurance License.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FEHB experience and knowledge of OPM and their requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and project management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Legal experience and/or background in contracts

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
