Jefferson Wells is preparing for a busy 2024. We are seeking qualified Finance Project Managers for upcoming projects nationally.

W2 hourly pay rate $65 – $90 hr based on experience and client expectations.

The successful Project Management Consultants should possess knowledge and experience with the following:

• Finance Transformation or ERP Software Implementation (with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and NetSuite).

• Conceptualizing transformational initiatives and tracking/managing progress

• Organizing, planning and executing projects within designated timelines and budgets

• Creating and administering project plans and project documentation using defined templates

• Evaluating project risk and implementing mitigation plans to minimize the risks

• Utilize problem solving skills to critically review and concisely document complex control processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA and/or CIA preferred

• PMP Certification preferred

• Certification or experience in PMI, Six Sigma or Lean Methodology

• Extensive experience with MS Office and Visio

• Experience with one of the more robust ERP Packages (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
