HUB Northeast’s subsidiary, Program Brokerage Corporation (PBC), is a nationally ranked top wholesaler and powerful market resource for brokers and agents. PBC is seeking an Unit Assistant join our Warwick, RI team. This position will work remotely a few days a week. While insurance experience is not preferred, candidate should have a strong desire to learn.

Job Purpose

To support the administrative functions of the servicing unit. To project the professional and courteous image of the company in the initial contact with clients.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Reviewing inspection reports

• Comparing compliance images to recommendations

• Maintain pending or follow-up system

• Maintaining constant communication with brokers and teams inquiring about report statuses

• Manage high volume workflow

• Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned

• Pursue a program for personal and professional development

• Data Entry

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience

• MS Office proficiency

• Some knowledge of insurance helpful

• Organized self starter

• Detail oriented

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
