- Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain an understanding and cross trained proficiency to assist the general operations of the medical office and clinic including scheduling, check in and co-pay collection procedures, understanding of insurance eligibility and authorization for care process. May be asked to assist in patient insurance eligibility determination.
