Job Description:

The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and effective operation of our Men's Residential Treatment Program. Responsible for overseeing the entire treatment program, reporting directly to the CEO to ensure effective and compassionate care for individuals in recovery. The Residential Program Manager actively supervises and provides direct management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Staff Relations: Cultivate professional relationships, uphold boundaries, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Work alongside the CEO to develop and implement long-term plans that align with program goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, managing logistics, facility upkeep, and staff scheduling efficiently.
  • Staff Development: Lead training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and professional growth.
  • Budget and Policy Management: Oversee financial management, policies, and procedures to ensure responsible operations.
  • Performance Management: Supervise and evaluate the management team, promoting high standards of ethics and performance.
  • Admissions and Discharge: Manage processes with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the program in public forums.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead accreditation efforts and ensure continuous compliance with standards.
  • Crisis Management: Participate in intervention and de-escalation, ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years in behavioral health, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications such as PADC, CADC, CCS, LCDP, LCDCS preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource management, and strategic planning.
  • Expertise in evidence-based substance use disorder treatment practices.
  • Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards in the field.
