Join our clients dynamic team as a Billing Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless billing experience. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving billing inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. We seek someone with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of billing procedures, and a passion for customer service. salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Processing Payments and Billing from Insurances

• Reconciling our CRM Sycle and billing portal.

• Notifying offices of outstanding balances

• Quality Control on billing documentation, ensuring billing company is able to process documents

• Submitting patient reimbursement checks will courtesy billing protocol is used

• UHCH Portal Administration

• AR Management

• Provide ongoing support on billing procedure, courtesy billing procedure, and UHCH portal procedure.

• Responsible for support emails on managed care related questions.
