ACCESS PT is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Outpatient team in Warwick, NY. This is a great opportunity to pick up some extra hours throughout the week! We are looking for a candidate that is flexible to cover Monday or Wednesday evenings from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Physical Therapist Position Requirements :

• Physical therapist, current or pending, license in State of New York

• Degree in physical therapy from accredited physical therapy program

• Excellent communication skills

• Authorization to work in the US – will assist with H1 visa transfe r (https://workforcenow.adp.com/theme/unified.html#_msocom_1)
