Senior Sales Excellence Analyst
J ob Summary
The Compressors Systems and Services EMEIA Business is hiring for a Senior Sales Excellence Analyst to join the team. This role reports to the Sales Excellence and Channel Development Leader and will be focused on driving key sales excellence initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. The projects will be mainly based on our CRM system, salesforce.com.
Responsibilities
Drive CRM (salesforce.com) improvement and expansion projects
Leverage system capabilities to support growth projects
Train commercial teams on system and processes and ensure compliance
Support other projects that leverage CRM capabilities
Maintain system effectiveness by managing day-to-day maintenance activities
Basic Qualifications
Scientific Degree: Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification desired. Good working knowledge of Salesforce.com required (3+ years).
Ability to travel approx. 20% of the time to sales locations mainly in Europe
Experience in driving Salesforce.com deployment projects
Excellent Analytical skills: proven experience in working with large amount of data.
Familiarity with databases and data visualization tools such as Tableau in addition to Ms Excel
Excellent collaboration and presentations skills
Experience in working in a complex matrix environment a plus
Able to work and train in English, additional European languages are a plus (knowledge of French preferred)
Ability to assign priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
