Job Description

  • Conduct sales training and analyses training needs to determine requirements for new program development.

  • Supports and develops the onboarding program and local roll out for new hires

  • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment and drive behavioral change through the delivery of this training.

  • Identify strengths and opportunities on a regular basis to ensure the ConvaTec sales teams are working to their highest level.

  • Supports and train the salesforce in analyzing the different sales statistics & activities to better manage their performance (including enablers)

  • Provide advice and guidance to Sales Managers to identify skills and knowledge gaps in their team

  • Deliver and evaluate sales training programs that will add value and support the strategic agenda of the organization in conjunction with Business Leaders

Travel Requirements

  • Travel is expected to be between 60 - 80%. Travel will be predominantly Germany and Poland but also in Austria & Switzerland; occasional international travel may also be required.


  • 3+ years’ experience in the health care field as a health professional.

  • Must be able to thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced sales environment.

  • Ability to work as a team and at the same time autonomous; with strong organization and management skills for their actions.

  • Predisposition, confidence and initiative. That sets the standard and expectations through example in conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.

  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to manage the entire training cycle.

  • Excellent communication skills and facilitation / delivery of training. Strong communication skills are required.

  • Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.

  • Have experience working on often demanding and changing time scales.

  • Digital skills: manage digital tools and platforms.

Language Skills

  • English: communicative -

  • German OR Polish: Fluent
