Philips Sales Support Intern within Imaging Modality in Warszawa, Poland

The Intern provides the Imaging CEE Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) with the technical and administrative support required for the development and maintenance of localized sales support and project management tools.

Responsible for the development maintenance of centralized and localized sales tools (preferred configurations and tender specifications, retrieving of reports from the different databases used by CEE Health Systems organization.

Your role:

  • Preparation and maintenance of localized configurations and localized tender specifications

  • Preparation of informative quotations for business partners on instruction of MMSs and CASs

  • Input and maintenance of sales project data in CMR database (SFDC)

  • Preparation of localized sales arguments, competitive comparisons, and other sales support documents

  • Providing regular feedback to Imaging CEE team regarding identified advantages and drawbacks of products and marketing policies vs. competition on the local market

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor's or Master's Degree, ideally related to Biomedical Engineering, available to work at least 20hours/ week

  • Good analytical (advanced skills in Excel will help) and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member - using solid coordination skills, tools, and processes.

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Polish
