Siemens Customer Service Center Hub WAW team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate for transport and distribution for Expert possition. The successful candidate is a problem-solver and communicator with very good skills in English and German. As part of a global team, you are a team player and eager to integrate into an international environment across different locations. You can provide evidence of your ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast developing business context.

How will be your future tasks?

• You are the last link between Siemens Smart Infrastructures Division and the logistics service provider/customer and are therefore extremely quality-oriented.

• You will be responsible for the manual processing of deliveries in SAP for various SI business units.

• You will order the transports from national and international freight forwarders (air, sea, land transport).

• You will create the necessary shipping documents accompanying the goods.

• You will work hand in hand with your colleagues in SI LOG CSC customs.

• You will drive process optimizations and you are responsible for the work instructions

• You initiate and lead meetings with the business partners

• You’re ready to onboard in future new colleagues

If you:

• Have completed commercial education in freight forwarding/logistics and gained 8 - 10 years professional experience in this business family

• Are well versed in SAP ERP or equivalent IT shipping systems.

• Are confident in handling all common MS Office applications.

• Have experience in the area of customs would be welcomed.

• As part of a global team, you are a team player and eager to integrate into an international environment across different locations.

• Communicate easily in writing and orally in English (C1) and German (B2).

• Have a strong willingness to drive process optimization and innovation.

• Have a confident appearance, especially towards transport service providers and in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

• Driven by high intrinsic motivation and used to act self-reliant and decisive.

• Are willing to travel upon request and necessity (up to 10%)...
