Job Description

IT Senior Manager Poland & CEE is the business partner for Teva CEE Commercial stakeholders and serves as a bridge between Global IT and the commercial country business. This person is accountable for understanding and then addressing market IT demands to the Global functions and for delivering cross-functional IT solutions and capabilities that enables and supports Teva´s business strategy within the market. This person is responsible for running market systems, defining common objectives and leading the roll-out of regional and global solutions while maintaining compliance with corporate and pharmaceutical industry standards: GDPR, GxP and SOX regulation.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder (Relationship) Management in the commercial CEE market.

• Understanding the commercial business processes and application landscape implemented in the cluster.

• Identifying local business needs and priorities, collaborating across functions and providing advice to the executive management team.

• Gathering and understanding business demands and identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes and create a competitive advantage.

• Engaging with global delivery teams and proposing solutions which ensure the results meet negotiated customer expectations and are in line with the IT strategy and Long Range Plan.

• Influencing global and regional initiatives based on local business needs and priorities.

• Ensuring standardization of applications by promoting shared processes, data harmonization and architectural compliance where possible.

• Ensuring local process compliance with TEVA IT Security policies. Supporting delivery of global IT strategy, projects, initiatives and policies as needed.

• Managing the project portfolio and reports to business and regional IT management on the status of multiple, concurrent projects or service efforts.

• Managing external service providers as needed.

• Align business expectation and IT services level.

• Implement and apply best practices in governance, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 8-10 years experience in IT management.

• Pharmaceutical company experience is a benefit.

• ERP, Digital Platforms, CRM systems knowledge is an advantage.

• Change management experience.

• Interacts productively and amicably in a high-demand multi-user environment with users, staff, management and consultants.

• Ability to communicate well with all levels within the organization.

• Experience with applying business process best practices.

• Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Ability to identify areas of improvement and implement harmonized, flexible and scalable solutions.

• Ability to recognize problems and act accordingly to correct them.

• Fluent in English.

• Experience in budget management, financial planning and reporting.

• Project management skills.
