What would you do as our HR Business Partner

We are looking for a positive and driven HR Business Partner to develop and constantly improve our HR work within our organization in Poland with an overlap into the East Europe region. Day to day, you would provide operational HR management, co-ordination and administration in accordance with business requirements, HR best practice, legislation and organisational policies and professional HR advice, guidance and support to managers and staff. You would be responsible for the administration, co-ordination and provision of HR support and guidance for a range of HR activities, including new starters, leavers, absence, payroll, training and development, health and safety, HR Policies and Procedures.

You would also:

  • Oversee the hiring process in the company. Design and implement recruiting procedures to attract and hire qualified candidates to meet the company current and future needs

  • Manage various HR processes such as training and development, performance review, compensation and benefits

  • Provide support and guidance to managers on employment issues, including disciplinary, grievance, employee turnover, absenteeism, work demands, morale and motivation

  • Undertake HR reporting as required, including absence and turnover analysis reporting

  • Provide HR support for the merger process

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of working within a HR Business Partner position, ideally within sales/production companies

  • A good level of experience of recruitment and selection, handling of employee relations issues and performance management

  • Excellent working knowledge and application of Polish labour laws

  • A good level of experience dealing with pay structure and health and safety aspects

    As a HR Business Partner, you should also be an excellent team player, be proactive and have the ability to multi-task as well maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
