Samsung Electronics America E-Commerce Operation Specialist in Warszawa, Poland
Role and Responsibilities
Scope of responsibilities:
Coordinating the delivery of products to end customers,
Checking specific stages of shipments. Responding to potential deviations,
Helpdesk for customer service/social platform reports,
Coordination of complaint processing together with other units such as warehouses, carriers and the sales platform team,
Processing orders in case of potential system errors in cooperation with the sales platform support team,
Support for the returns process (contact with carriers/warehouses/internal units, payments),
Operational support for sales, analytical and reporting processes.
Developed analytical skills,
Attention to detail and focus on problem solving,
Very good knowledge of the MS Excel package,
Knowledge of SAP system would be additional asset,
Very good knowledge of English, which allows everyday communication,
Ability to work under time pressure,
Openness to new people and situations,
Eager to learn new systems and processes,
Highly developed communication skills,
Experience in e-commerce is welcome.
