Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Scope of responsibilities:

• Coordinating the delivery of products to end customers,

• Checking specific stages of shipments. Responding to potential deviations,

• Helpdesk for customer service/social platform reports,

• Coordination of complaint processing together with other units such as warehouses, carriers and the sales platform team,

• Processing orders in case of potential system errors in cooperation with the sales platform support team,

• Support for the returns process (contact with carriers/warehouses/internal units, payments),

• Operational support for sales, analytical and reporting processes.

Our expectations:

• Developed analytical skills,

• Attention to detail and focus on problem solving,

• Very good knowledge of the MS Excel package,

• Knowledge of SAP system would be additional asset,

• Very good knowledge of English, which allows everyday communication,

• Ability to work under time pressure,

• Openness to new people and situations,

• Eager to learn new systems and processes,

• Highly developed communication skills,

• Experience in e-commerce is welcome.
