Distribution Sales Manager

Hi! We are currently looking for Distribution Sales Manager based in Poland, Warsaw. But firstly, let us introduce ourselves to you:

As a Distribution Sales Manager you would be responsible for ARO, Eastern Countries & CIS area. Your job would include reaching out and travelling directly to out customers. Besides time on your travels in this area, you will be able to spend your time working in a hybrid way from your own home as well as the office to help you balance out your work-life balance. You will be working closely with different teams whose members come from different backgrounds and different skillsets. Therefore, your role as Sales Manager includes communications inside and outside of our company. But of course, technological, analytical and salesmans skills are as important, maybe even more. In the end, you will make this job your own.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and grow profitable sales for the ARO Business through Distribution or OEM channels in the Eastern European region

  • Partner, drive and support Distribution to grow the business by identifying new opportunities, application or potential key accounts while being present directly in the field

  • Share and provide product, application and market expertise to Distribution

  • Analyze the market trends, opportunity descriptions, business cases, reports etc. and provide their conclusions to the Sales Team Leadership

  • Provide product, sales, technical support to customers and product training to Distributors and OEMs when needed

  • Introduce and follow new products or local initiatives

  • Collaborate with Order Management, Marketing, Engineering or Product Management on problem solving strategies

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales with technical products to distributors and to end users

  • Expertise in Positive Displacement Pumps technology and their applications is required (Ideally Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps)

  • Fluency in English language required, another foreign language is a plus

  • Flexibility, willingness to travel around 50% of the working time

  • Being a technical school graduate or having an engineering degree (with some solid business skills) gives you a great advantage

  • Good Knowledge and understanding of the Pump Market, Chemical Processing Industry is a plus

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to connect with people in a dynamic international environment that is always developing

  • Self-motivation and ability of independent sales activity

  • Open-minded attitude and curiosity about new ways of how to develop our business as well as your skills. Creative, proactive approach to problem solving and risk taking is always welcomed!

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
