Kemin Industries Customer Service Representative in Warszawa, Poland

Overview

As Customer Service Representative you play a vital role in supporting our customer loyalty and maintain high customer satisfaction. You process orders, help customers with questions and provide appropriate solutions. As first point of contact for our customers you build a sustainable relationship with our customers and support the commercial activities of the sales. You work in close collaboration with supply chain planning and the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of our products to our customers.

Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for offering support to our Polish and Hungarian customers. You will have a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate specifications are obtained

  • Provide timely and accurate customer service and follow procedures

  • Coordinate with inventory team to ensure product availability

  • Plan shipments and provide instructions to warehouse for delivery preparation

  • Book transportation for on-time delivery in accordance with approved contracts

  • Coordinate export documentation through various sources

  • Maintain administration and customer files for the sales area

  • Investigate and coordinate customer credit applications with financial department

  • Manage accounts receivable in compliance with country requirements

  • Support commercial activities for sales divisions

  • Collect and prepare data for packaging import reports .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or relevant by experience

  • strong client-facing skills and bias for action (works pro-actively)

  • Experience in a supply chain, customer serive or service oriented environment

  • A positive & growth mindset and are always looking for new opportunities

  • Customer centric team player

  • Fluent in Polish and English, knowledge of Hungarian is a plus

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, ERP-systems, …

  • Good communication skills

  • Well organized and accurate
