Product Information Management Specialist for GN

DataHubs & Activation Team:

DataHubs & Activation team focus on driving journey towards an insights-driven ways of working. The team is working project based, where curiosity, speed and agility is key to explore, prototype and validate new digital opportunities and technologies. The experimentation focus means that your tasks are versatile, where you will be working in a challenging and exciting learning environment bringing new opportunities from the drawing table into workable solutions.

As part of the DataHubs & Activation Team, you will:

  • Responsbible for the PIM system ensuring data accuracy and product data refinement.

  • Establish business goals and objectives, ensure documentation, system design, while driving cooperation with stakeholders - internal and external

  • Working closely with masterdata and it teams, as well as many other departments and teams

  • Communicate with stakeholders on features design based on product requirements and provide your recommendations and ideas during scoping and planning sessions.

  • Challenge current technical setup to improve quality and solve potential issues.

  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to PIM platform.

  • Help Sales build relevant sales catalogues

What is required:

  • Experience with InRiver Product Information Management (nice to have)

  • Contributing to deployment of PIM throughout the global organization

  • Responsible for the organization and structure of Market Product Information

  • Support global and regional marketing with the preparation and distributing of marketing product information

  • Project management of various projects

  • Markup and optimization of marketing product information in relation to SEO and digital campaigns

Qualifications :

  • Relevant background

  • Experience in construction and maintenance of information architecture, such as product hierarchies, metadata, taxonomies and compliance

  • Experience with enrichment and markup of SEO and campaign management

  • Knowledge of digital channel strategy

  • Understanding of digital communication in a regulated industry
