ReSound UX Designer (Partners & Integrations) in Warsaw, Poland

Our team is on a mission to transform our enterprise headset and meeting room device business with great digital services as an integral part of what it means to be a Jabra user or customer.

We are looking for a UX designer who sees the potential in leveraging digital services through partner integrations with a deep understanding of customer needs and user experience.

You will be part of an innovative UX team that aims to be one of the best UX teams in Warsaw with great opportunities to grow professionally and a great place to work. You will also work with product owners and developers to make sure that future needs are supported by concepts and implementable design.

You are a passionate human being who enjoys turning complex concepts and technical structures into efficient, simple, and user-friendly experiences. You excel in partnering with associates from UX, Software Development, and Software Product Management spanning our Polish and Danish locations.

As a UX designer at Jabra you report to the Head of Digital UX and Experience Design. You will be part of the Experience Product Management team together with Experience and Software Product Managers, Experience designers and Digital UX. The Experience Product Management team is a hybrid team, with product management and experience design centered in Copenhagen and Digital UX centered in Warsaw.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in UX design with a solid portfolio showcasing relevant partner integration projects.

Your skills are backed up with a relevant degree within academia.

Familiarity with technical concepts such a RESTful APIs, SDK’s, data exchange formats, API documentation standards and other aspects of integration.

Good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams.

Experience in managing projects, including coordinating timelines and tasks with multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.

Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address complex integration challenges.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in UX design and partner integrations.

A fondness for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, with a focus on delivering innovative user experiences through partner integrations.

You have experience working in Agile / Scrum development

You have advanced English skills – spoken as well as written.
