For this role you need to be located in Warsaw Poland.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

A Day in the Life

In this role you will Provide educational and development expertise to ensure the safe adoption and growth of the Medtronic CoreValve Evolut Transcatheter Valve Congenital Heart Valve Systems and future catheter-based therapy technologies.


Downstream CEMA Global SH plans to drive field effectiveness, adoption of best practices, field sales training and market leadership in the SH market.

Partner with SH Marketers Therapy development peers to ensure consistent development of the therapy across the region.

Partner with regional Operations Units leaders to ensure understanding of their geography specific market dynamics and learning needs and modify educational training programs to meet those needs.

Typically manages large, complex initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams.

Assist in the creation of advanced educational training programs, geo training needs workshops, and updated HCPs Training on a continual basis.

Recognizing and understanding competitive products, industry trends and SH portfolio to deploy this knowledge in the educational offerings.

Spending time in delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Educating our existing new SH Implanters on this meaningful innovation.

Lead the strategic regional projects of our product portfolio.

Leverage your TAVI selling skill experience to develop and deliver educational training curriculum to new and existing Implanters in the region.

Staying current with therapy growth trends, society guidelines, and market dynamics will be critical to your successful assessment of future learning needs and recommendations for ongoing enhancements to curriculum.

Providing strategic insight to direct Manager for continuous evolution of all SH training programs.

Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

Contributes to defining the direction for new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy with a significant impact on work group results.

May manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area.

Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.

Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.

Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.

May utilize trainers with technical expertise.

Represents organization as a primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicates with internal and external customers and vendors at various levels.

Provides guidance, coaching and training to HCPs within job area.

Must Haves

You will need a Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience in a Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Training or Technical role that involved TAVI sales training.

Be Certified to support lead TAVI cases.

Certified on Sizing (3mensio, Osirix..).

Fluency in English.

Requires mastery in Structural Heart field and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Previous experience with content and curriculum development.

Nice to Have:

MBA or other Advanced Degree.

French Language Proficiency.

Technical aptitude, specifically in Transcatheter, congenital and/or surgical valves and/or the clinical environment would be ideal.

Clinical experience in an interventional/cath lab/surgical OR.

Experience with clinical trials and utilization of clinical papers in sales conversations with physicians.

Previous peer and physician education experience.

Leadership development, coaching skills training a plus.
