P&G’s Global Fabric & Home Care Manufacturing Operations is expanding its Centre of Digital Excellence.

We are looking to hire IT/OT Application Owner to develop and govern best-in-class IT/OT Solutions supporting our F&HC Manufacturing & Engineering around the world.

Application Owners in the Centre of Digital Excellence are responsible for the end-to-end application development in the Fabric & Home Care BU, including managing external vendor teams.

As an IT/OT Application Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the organization's digital transformation and DevOps adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital compliance efforts: Ensure adherence to industry best practices and P&G Policies to ensure the security and reliability of applications

• Drive operational excellence: Take ownership of IT housekeeping, monitoring, and testing activities to maintain optimal performance and stability of solutions in a combined IT/OT environment

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with P&G and vendor stakeholders to understand, verify, and maintain shared capabilities across Manufacturing Sites

• Continuous improvement: Continuously evolve managed applications to optimize cost, capacity, and performance, leveraging DevOps and Agile frameworks

• Knowledge sharing and best practices: Build and sustain shared expertise and best practices by collaborating with local teams and key partners

Job Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation technology

• Demonstrated proficiency in industrial automation technologies such as PLC and SCADA systems

• Strong understanding of IT principles: Substantial understanding of Information Security, Operational Excellence, and IT Stewardship

• DevOps and Agile experience: Capability in automating and innovating maintenance and support tasks, working within DevOps and Agile frameworks

• Analytical and communication skills: Solid ability to independently analyze and synthesize business problems, recognize patterns, and effectively communicate concepts with non-IT professionals

• Programming skills: Prior experience with .NET/C# or other popular object-based programming languages, SQL, and Microsoft Windows Administration would be beneficial
