Lionbridge Technologies Receptionist in Warsaw, Poland

Lionbridge is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to provide an excellent standard of customer service to internal customers and office visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless support at the reception desk, as well as in facilities and general services.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive guests in a friendly manner, coordinate with employees, and act as a professional Lionbridge ambassador by giving directions and answering queries.

  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.

  • Receive, forward, and transfer incoming calls and mail in a friendly and competent manner.

  • Handle receipt, unpacking, and documentation of incoming mail.

  • Create Purchase Orders for all vendors under the Facilities & Services function, including corresponding with vendors to collect necessary documentation for vendor creation in Concur or other systems.

  • Assist other ADM employees to ensure that the offices comply with all statutory regulations and codes of practice.

  • Review the current office situation for compliance with Health & Safety and Fire Protection regulations.

  • Support the Facilities & Services team and key internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance and HR Departments) with various operational tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Native-level proficiency in the Polish.

  • Communicative level of English proficiency.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Fully onsite role with the office located at Konstruktorska 13 in Warsaw (with rare occasions of operating from our second office located at Łopuszańska 95).
