Citigroup Quality & Control KYC Manager in Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead KYC operations, including executing processes in accordance with Citi compliance policies and overseeing the KYC control environment

  • Perform program management of existing Business As Usual (BAU)/Refresh process with scope to migrate further functions globally

  • Provide people management and development responsibilities and ensure team service level standards are met

  • Liaise with Compliance department and senior management within business units supported

  • Oversee and design enhancements of improvement for the QA & Control process to deliver best client experience possible

  • Provide Management Information System (MIS) reporting to senior management and ensure delivery of targets within timelines dictated by BAU and Refresh Program

  • Perform execution of quality initiative within the team ensuring a high level of quality before cases are finalized

  • Acts as SPOC to senior stakeholders and /or other team members involved the KYC process.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in people management

  • Experience in quality assurance or quality risk management

  • Project management experience and oriented in improvement and efficiency process

  • Ability to work under time pressure and without supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent English

  • Strong analytical and problem - solving skills

  • Empathy and ability to positively influence team morale
