Google Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations and Delivery in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience working in supply chain management.

  • Experience in vendor partnership management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in data center system construction or operations.

  • Knowledge of data center operations, facilities management, engineering, and construction.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to drive risk management and escalation reporting.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

  • Coordinate with project teams and the supplier to maintain on-time equipment delivery, expediting and mitigating equipment delivery risks.

  • Manage and maintain project deliverables and change management oversight.

  • Oversee risk escalations with all stakeholders including project and program level.

  • Drive risk identification and mitigation activities with Google Cloud including transfer of ownership, equipment protection plans, and loose ship material management.

  • Develop mutually agreeable processes to be used by the contractors for approval and acceptance of shipments delivered to site.
