Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Join P&G as a Media Platform Product Manager, responsible for:

  • Setting the priorities typically for a medium internal digital product, a group of smaller ones within a same product area, or a small external one.

  • Collaborating with others to understand different points of view and arrive at clear definition of opportunities and is seen as the “go-to” person for other teams in relation to the digital product.

  • Understanding the customer needs and translating them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog that aligns with available engineering capacity and is aligned to the defined roadmap.

  • Communicating the status of the digital product to stakeholders.

  • Driving the vision and strategy for the digital products, defining the roadmap, and guiding the digital product team on “what” should be built.

  • Making data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments.

  • Creating personas, user journeys, user flows.

  • Developing and running experiments to validate or disprove concepts.

  • Contributing to agile ceremonies, and working with agile teams to bring their digital products to life.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of past IT Product or Project Management experience or experience in governing or managing IT applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging with Business partners.

  • Strong understanding of business priorities and translating them into product roadmap.

  • Strong collaboration across multifunctional teams. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

  • Focus on user understanding, mapping needs to requirements as well as value and priority oriented attitude.

  • Data Analytics and Data Management skills or understanding ie. Master data, Data Standardization, Data modelling.

  • Experienced in Scrum methodology.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
